Return/Cancellation Policy

Each jewelry item we offer is handmade, custom-made and custom-fitted for each individual customer. Because of this, all items and orders (including custom and engravable pieces) are considered final sale and may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged at any time, unless in written consent from Luxe VVS Jewelers. It is the customer's responsibility to measure their size prior to purchasing and to double-check the order prior to purchasing. If exchanged for a different size or material option (must be approved by Luxe VVS Jewelers), a restocking fee of 25% will be due and the price difference between sizes must be paid in full prior to re-delivery.

Shipping

All items ordered from luxevvsjewelers.com will be shipped via FedEx/UPS/Parcel Pro to the shipping address given at the time of order. All clients must directly sign for his or her package. Any customer that fails to sign for and receive his or her package will be responsible for all shipping fees from that point forward. In certain cases, FedEx Pickup will be required.
